I received a text message for an appointment on 6-14-18 at the Kedzie office that I did not make. I usually go to the Orland Park office.
Called the number on text and informed them circumstances. Might be typo on their part as well. They can't do anything. I just can't opt out of the text because I'm also an advocate patient.
I asked them since they were responsible for sending me the text, to flag that person who will go to their office on 6-14-18 at 11 am and update their records. They could not do it.
They have the scheduling and they have the log. Why so stupid?
