A provider violated my sons right to an advocate and refused to investigate multiple abnormal labs. The practice manager enforced this behavior and sent a certified letter to my son threatening to not allow me to engage in his medical care when I was specifically asked to do so.

Instead, HIPAA was taken to a whole new level of extreme. The common sense is completely gone!

I am a patient of advocate christ hospital and I have reached out to pay on my hospital bills and they are refusing what I can pay and they have been sending my bills to collections.

I have a compound fracture in my leg, ankle, and foot. I also have a torn rotator.

I had a bad accident. To get an MRI on my shoulder, I had to leave the hospital and brave the elements to board a semi lift. I had to ride it up into a trailer and hop on one leg through the trailer because they couldn't fit the wheelchair. The pain was excruciating.

I have to make multiple calls to get my prescriptions. My doctor treats me without compassion and acts as if he is crabby, overworked, or overbooked.

Fruits and vegetables rotten gas sucks cause trouble light to go on in car management useless. Wouldn't even come out of office

We spent 6 hours waiting for a CT scan. Then they asked us for a urine sample. Now we're stuck here a few more hours because they couldn't remember what they needed.

You have no access to your medical records without paying another company for your records a person should NOT have to pay access to their medical records

Dr. Williams seemed caring and professional at first meeting.

But after asking how long after medication stopped for fluid in.my daughter's ear to clear, she became almost hostile and noticeably irritated by my question.

She answered nastily, with an ambiguous "nothing wrong with the ear, it depends on the patient." Wrong approach dear Doctor Williams. We Will not make this mistake or see her again!

I had the misfortune of visiting the ER during an all time low in my life. The verbal abuse is bad enough, but the icing on that cake is being punished physically with a large bore IVjust to prevent a return visit, I assume. How do I know this was an act of violence, you askwell, Ive spent years in the ER as an employee and am well aware of this methodology.

Went to the emergency room with my son for myself because I have a fever, headache thats been going on for 4 days, bad cough, throwing up feel so dizzy, hot than cold back aching and because I had my 6 year old son they said I cant be seen.

Room mate dentures have been missing since Dec 6th 2022 from South Suburban Hospital , all corispontace has led numerous investigations and now a new 30 day investigations has been started this is ridiculous, want to speak to someone and not Rayan O'Neil

Paid my bill $5000.00 and $6000.00 They have been harassing me now for two years. Trying to collect 1500.00 that I do not owe.

I sent proof that I paid balance. So now they sent it to a second collection agency.

I had an appointment at Advocate Group Health Care in Olympia Fields, on June 6, 2021. I waited 1.5 hours to see Dr.

Jennette Berry, and she still didn't see me, so I left, and I will take my services else where. Furthermore, I am truly dissatisfied with this office.

They incorrectly coded my claim to Blue Cross and would not resubmit a corrected claim and want me to pay the balance.
