Every year for at least 3 years Dr. Bancerek-Stengele & her assistants do not advise me when she feels I need to schedule a visit in order to refill 2 prescriptions.

Instead she just does not refill them ....I'm waiting to hear from Walgreens that it's ok to pick them up with no word, no message on our answer machine....nothing. Just no prescription. This is the end...never will I go back to her nor an advocate dr. When I'm treated like this.

My time is valuable too & a message at home that she will refill for 30 or 60 days to give me time to make an appt. is not a lot to ask.....done done DONE!!! And my husband has instructions to SUE, SUE, SUE if I have a stroke or heart attack because I have no more blood pressure meds.

Perhaps a different dr. Will be more respectful of my life and my time!!!
